Proceed to purchasing items

  1. Once you have added the items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag, hover your mouse over the 'Bag' icon in the top right-hand corner, then click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’. On mobile, simply click on the ‘Bag’ icon to proceed to checkout.
  2. Within the checkout you can update the size, or quantity selected for each item under ‘Size’ or ‘Qty’. Remove unwanted items from your shopping bag by clicking the ‘X’ that appears on the top right-hand side.
  3. If you have a Promotion Code, click the ‘Discount Codes’ drop down on the right-hand side and enter the code in the box provided. Select ‘APPLY’ to apply any discounts and update your order total.
  4. Note: your tax is included in the subtotal.
  5. If you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, click ‘CHECKOUT’.

 

Delivery

  1. Enter your details in the required fields. Note that you must select an address from the drop-down suggestion box that appears as you begin to type your delivery address.
  2. Select your shipping option. Forever New offers standard and express shipping for your convenience. We also offer free standard shipping thresholds depending on your country location. For further information regarding our shipping information and conditions, please refer to our Delivery and Shipping Information.
  3. You are required to tick the box regarding the eShopWorld Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy to process your order.
  4. Click ‘CONTINUE TO PAYMENT’

 Payment

  1. Enter your billing address, or tick the box to use the same address as your delivery address.
  2. Review your order summary, then select your payment method. We have many payment options per country, please see here for accepted payment methods for your country.
  3. Once you have selected and entered any required fields for your payment method and you are ready to process payment, click ‘PAY NOW’
  4. Note that PayPal customers will be directed to PayPal to login and finalise their payment.
  5. Once your payment has been processed successfully, you will be directed to an order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation email.
