At Forever New, we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. However, there may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to any other rights and remedies you have as a consumer.
RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS
If you received an incorrect item or a faulty item, we will give you a refund if:
- You return the item within 30 days (inclusive of the tracked delivery date)
If you have questions regarding a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to our Customer service team via the following link and one of our team will be able to assist you.
If you have changed your mind on a purchase, we will give you a refund if:
- You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
- The item is in perfect original saleable condition with all original tags and sewn labels still attached, and is unworn and unused.
Original order postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs.

To initiate any return please follow below steps:
- Once you have determined you are eligible for a return, print and fill in the following form. Make sure to fill in all the requested fields so we can process your return successfully including the reason for returning.
- Once the form has been completed, please scan or a take a picture of the form and email this to lovethesales-customerservice@forevernew.com.au
- Once the form is filled in and has been emailed to the above email please include this in the package along with your item to be returned. Please send the parcel to the following address: Noatum Logistics UK Limited

HP2 7FZ - We recommend you return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services or couriers as all parcels remain your responsibility until received by our warehouse.
- You will be notified via email once your return has been received by our warehouse.
- Love the Sales will trigger the refund to your original payment method for your return.
Before you post an item, please ensure all conditions of this returns policy have been met.
All refunds will be processed by Love the Sales using your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for refunds to be credited to your bank account once your item has been received and passed inspection, as the time may vary depending on your financial institution.
At this stage, we are not able to process an exchange of product or size. If you wish to order a different size or product, simply process a return for refund and then re-purchase the correct item in a new order.
